My three cats have different diets, one has food allergies. Of course they are also little demons who eat each others’ food and get diarrhea ON PURPOSE. So using these is a great way to keep things separate on a per cat basis.
My cats, being perfect little angels who are super smart, had very little trouble adapting to the feeders.
I did have an issue with the feeder - the doors got bumped out of their track and jammed. But customer support was able to help me out. Just gotta be careful when sliding the bowl in or out.

I never had any problem with them wearing the collar. I have the sleeve on it so there's no dangling or losing the device that opens the door (that happened with a different brand).
