I chose the FurBabyFeeder Mini because of the ice pack, and it's been a great feature for keeping my cat's wet food fresher. My cat just needs to be close to the feeder for it to recognize the RFID tag, and it works well. Overall, I'm very happy with it and would recommend it.
I have two food motivated felines, but one can be quite rude about it. These have become a solution to that problem. Set up was easy to follow. After a feeding, I had an issue with the doors off the track, but customer service got back to me right away and sent me clear directions so that I was able to fix it immediately to keep my rude boy from being a problem.
