Our Return Policy - Clear & Easy
We want returns to be simple and clear. You may return new, unopened, and unused items within 30 days of the order date for a refund, excluding shipping and handling charges.
To be accepted, all returns must be unused, clean, in new condition, and include all original packaging, parts, accessories, inserts, and manuals. Items that show signs of use, including food, pet hair, odors, damage, missing parts, or missing packaging, cannot be accepted as a return.
Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
If a returned item is found to be used, dirty, damaged, missing parts, or missing original packaging, the return may be refused or additional deductions may apply.
The customer is responsible for return shipping.
How to Return an Item
- Email us at info@furbabyfeeder.com to request a Return Authorization (RMA).
- Before approval, we may request photos of the item and packaging to confirm the item is unused and complete.
- Please include all original packaging, parts, accessories, inserts, and manuals with your return.
- Ship your item in a box or padded envelope.
- Do not apply the shipping label directly to the product packaging. Returns with labels placed directly on the product packaging may be refused or subject to additional deductions.
- We will email you once your return has been received, inspected, and processed.
Once your return is approved, you will have 14 calendar days to send it back. Returns received after this period will not be accepted.
