Our Return Policy – Hassle-Free & Friendly

You can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of the order date for a refund (excluding shipping and handling charges). Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days after we receive and inspect the item. A 15% restocking fee may apply if the item shows signs of use (e.g., food, hair) or is not in like-new condition.

We’re happy to cover return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (such as receiving the wrong item). For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping.

How to Return an Item:

1. Email us at info@furbabyfeeder.com to request a Return Authorization (RMA).
2. All original packaging is required. Returns without original packaging cannot be accepted.
3. Ship your item using a box or padded envelope. Do not apply the return label directly to the product packaging—this may result in a additional restocking fee.
4. We’ll email you confirmation once your return is processed.

Once your return is approved, you’ll have 14 days to send it back. Returns received after this period will not be accepted.
