I've had my feeder for about 2 years and needed a replacement rfid tag. The one that was around my cat's neck broke & didn't work anymore. I found a replacement tag on the Furbaby site, not paying attention to what models would work with the tag. The Furbaby team reached out to me confirming that the rfid tag I ordered was for the sphere or mini, not for older models. I told them I have an older model & since the tag wouldn't work on my feeder, I wanted to cancel the order. They responded that they may have an older one in the warehouse & if so would send that instead. I did receive the correct rfid tag that goes with my feeder. They did not have to reach out to me to confirm I ordered the correct item. I really appreciate the amazing service & it's obvious they care about their customers. I know I'll need a new feeder at some point & I will definitely order it from Furbaby Feeder. Thank you!

I have had this feeder for 6 months and I am very happy with it. It’s so much cheaper than other companies which was the main reason I got it. Come to find out their customer service is excellent and the product is great itself. My kitty can eat in peace now without her brother stealing her food!

So while I do have cats and they are on automated dry feeders, I bought this feeder so I could put my dog's epilepsy medication in pill pockets and keep it away from my cats. I'll be honest the RFID doesn't work great for the dog because she's too tall but I was able to raise the feeder up and do motion activated on a timer because she has to have her medication every 12 hours exactly. And when she missed it by an hour she had a seizure. I set up a thirty minute window where it will open around the time her other feeder was giving her food. I would love if this feeder was not just Bluetooth but also Wi-Fi because that would make a huge difference since I travel a lot in other people are having to deal with this. But overall it's been an amazing experience and I love the fact my dog can give herself her medication twice a day. I have it set to open for only a 30 minute window during times she's being fed already so the motion sensor catches her there and opens the lid and she takes her meds. I'm not sure most people thought about using this product this way but I highly recommend it with maybe a few modifications from the manufacturer. I wish I could talk to the manufacturer and help them design one that works better for this specific purpose because I think there's a huge need for it.

This bowl has worked out so well for my senior cat, for her wet food, I bought another for her dry food. I have two over weight kitties that are opportunistic eaters, and older kitty gets left out, since they eat everything. Now I know she is getting her feedings in

I have dealt with is company for a while now. Every time I order, the service is excellent and I have never had cause to complain.

We have four cats and one that has to have special food so we have 6 feeders total and they all work wonderfully 10/10!!

My cats were eating each other's food constantly. One was chubby and the other under weight. Then we added a kitten and chaos broke out over food. Add a 5lb obnoxious toy poodle that loves cat food and you can imagine the nightmare feeding time is. These as we call them "Catstronaut" helmets solved almost all our issues (outside the sneaky poodle learning to sneak in next to a cat during feeding). No one fights, everyone gets the calories needed and with some strategic placement we can keep the dog sneaking to a minimum. All in all I am very pleased with these and will continue to buy if/when we add to our hoard.

This is my second one because my Maine coon is on a special diet , so he had his own and the other 4 cats share one and it works out great!’ Highly recommended, I had a different one for my Maine coon but gender like it cuz it didn’t open up all the way for his big head .

I purchased a FurBabyFeeder Sphere – Automatic RFID Microchip Pet Feeder. I wasn’t sure if my cat would like the design. The opening is slightly small and the tip of her ears hit the top of opening. However, she is very food driven and after about a day she was fine with it. The opening seems very secure and our other cat has given up trying to get at food.

Great product! I wish I would’ve bought it sooner. My only problem is when my other cat sneaks his head into the feeder before the door closes and feasts on the dry food he isn’t supposed to eat. I would pay more to have an option that allows me to choose how much time the door stays open after the cat walks away.

My three cats have different diets, one has food allergies. Of course they are also little demons who eat each others’ food and get diarrhea ON PURPOSE. So using these is a great way to keep things separate on a per cat basis.

My cats, being perfect little angels who are super smart, had very little trouble adapting to the feeders.

I did have an issue with the feeder - the doors got bumped out of their track and jammed. But customer support was able to help me out. Just gotta be careful when sliding the bowl in or out.

I have 2 cats and a dog. One cat was constantly eating the other cats food. Plus the dog would get whatever the cats left behind.
No more wondering who ate what. I don't know how I lived without this.
I now have a feeding schedule and I'm able to measure out the correct amount for each cat.
I never had any problem with them wearing the collar. I have the sleeve on it so there's no dangling or losing the device that opens the door (that happened with a different brand).
It's simple and effective.
I have had a few questions along the way. When I called, someone answered right away and was able to help. Great customer service! I know they stand by their product.

We have two new kittens and two older cats. Keeping their dry food apart was getting hard to juggle. The furry feeder has been the perfect solution for us.

Just came in the mail today. It works well so far! One of our cats bullies the older one out of food, and this ensures our old lady doesn't go hungry. Very impressed by how well it works.

We have been using the original FurBaby Feeder for years and it has been a game changer with having one cat that's a grazer and one that's a gobbler. Our cat recently lost her collar with the chip tag on it, but customer service was so incredibly helpful in finding us tags for our feeder. Amazing service and amazing products!! So, so happy with them!!

The Furbabyfeeder service has been the best service I've ever had to talk to. I told them what I needed and they came through 110%. I needed tags for the Version 1 feeders that are still working perfectly for me, and I have had them for years now. I could not find them on the website, and I didn't really have the money to buy their new and improved feeders (yet!). So, I messged customer service and they are sending me many more tags for my Version 1s! I couldn't thank them more for their understanding and generosity. They care about their customers! Great company! Couldn't be happier!

Receved 2 of the FurBabyFeeder® Sphere Automatic Microchip Pet Feeder – LCD Menu - Enclosed & Locking Doors - Uses RFID Collar Tag - Multi-Pet.

Both worked really well and then one of the RFID chips stopped working after a week. Sent an email to support along with a phone call to see what I could do. Amazingly received a phone call within an hour and they replaced not only the bad rfid tag, but they replaced both of my cats collars with the updated rfid tag, collar, and rfid tag protectors at no charge. The cats are now happily eating out of their seperate bowls. Really happy with this product.

I originally bought this to let one of my cats free-feed while keeping my other cat from stealing her food. At first, it was a bit of a learning curve — my cat likes to grab a piece of kibble, place it just outside the bowl, and eat it there. When she moved even slightly away (even though she was still right in front of the feeder), the doors would sometimes close and it startled her. I also wished there were sensitivity/timing options to make training easier.

After reaching out to support, they recommended using the tag sleeve, and that completely changed things. With the sleeve, the tag reads more consistently and the feeder now works perfectly for us. My cat is comfortable using it, and it finally solves the problem of keeping her food secure while still letting her graze.

My fur baby feeder kept rejecting my cat and I couldn’t figure out how to delete the tags, but Tech Support was available and when I sent an email after business hours, he actually called me back himself to walk me through the process step-by-step over the phone and I was able to get my feeder working again with my cat tag. I give the feeder 4.8 stars.. five stars for customer service and the two complaints I have about the feeder itself is that my larger cat comes over while my smaller cat is sitting in front of the feeder and she stays close enough that the feeder stays open but the larger cat sneaks in and eats the food and since she doesn’t run away, unfortunately the doors don’t shut andhe gets into her meal. I do have a multi cat household so this feeder will still work for keeping the kitten out of the other food, but the big Kitty will be getting his own feeder pretty soon so he can leave the smaller cat alone. I have a total of three cats. Also, the doors are a little bit loud, but it doesn’t wake me up, so that’s what counts.. all in all 4.8 stars. I think the next feature it should have would be to have like a tunnel that the cat can stick its head in so other cats can’t steal the food.,

This food dish is working great at preventing the dog from eating our cats’ food!

We have one cat on a prescription diet and the other kept eating it. This feeder fixed that problem within a day. Setup took me maybe 10 minutes. Appreciate the fast responses when I had questions about the tag

Got my feeder and it had a bit of an issue with the sensitivity of the chip, but I sent an email to customer support who was very helpful and told me to try using the sleeve. Made a huge difference and now I am very happy with it. My puppy is eating very consistently out of the feeder, and it keeps the bigger dog from stealing his food. Very happy.

Furbabyfeeder has been nothing but pleasant for me! I ordered 3 of the orange feeders for my 3 cats as one needed to go on a diet. Not long ago, the top of her feeder stopped locking into place which caused the feeder to stop working correctly. After contacting them about this issues, they replied almost instantaneously and replies from there were immediate. I couldn’t believe how quickly they responded and after a short conversation with Mark/Marc on the phone, he offered to replace the feeder (and even upgraded it to the coffee one)! I could not be happier and my girl seems very content with her new feeder. I am so glad I decided to spend my money with Furbabyfeeder and truly give them the utmost of praise.
