I chose the FurBabyFeeder Mini because of the ice pack, and it's been a great feature for keeping my cat's wet food fresher. My cat just needs to be close to the feeder for it to recognize the RFID tag, and it works well. Overall, I'm very happy with it and would recommend it.
I have two food motivated felines, but one can be quite rude about it. These have become a solution to that problem. Set up was easy to follow. After a feeding, I had an issue with the doors off the track, but customer service got back to me right away and sent me clear directions so that I was able to fix it immediately to keep my rude boy from being a problem. Very happy with this purchase for the solution to my problem, the price point, and the customer support.

I purchased the sphere feeder Sep 2025 to solve a problem with an elderly slow-eating cat that needs soft food and another cat and dog who want to eat that food. The other cat even figured out how to sidle up next to the cat with the RFID collar and sneak food, but we've solved that with a couple of step stools placed along-side that act like a 'cattle chute'. Yesterday, the RFID collar stopped working and after my own trouble-shooting yesterday and today, I contacted customer service. They gave advice on how to clean the contact points inside the feeder and restart it (which I had not done yet...when all else fails, power-cycle). So, it now works! I was even prepared to buy another one if it came to that because this has helped free me up from baby-sitting this cat while he eats in a separate room. Very happy with Fur Baby Feeder!!

This is a fantastic feeder and great customer service! I have bought 2 feeder spheres now. I have had a couple issues created purely by my fat cat trying to break into it (my cat treated it like it was a WWE match slamming it around and ramming it into the wall) and the customer service was so helpful, I had videos on how to fix the feeder ASAP and when my cat fully broke the first feeder I ordered a second. My biggest problem is my not fat cats keep losing the tags🤦♀️ I absolutely love the feeder and for the most part they hold up very well as long as your cat doesn't impersonate a toddler having a tantrum and literally throw them across a hardwood floor for two hours slamming them into things🙃. My not fat cats love the feeder too, it took them a few days to get used to it opening and closing, but they settled to using it within a few days. The bowl is super nice and washable and holds a decent amount of food for 2 cats on a free for all diet, we only worry about filling it once a day instead of multiple times like weve had to do for past feeders.
Which it was cheaper but free shipping was ok.
Raising the feeder made a noticeable difference—our cat eats much more comfortably now, and we're really glad we added the stand.

I had an issue with my feeder and received an email with a video how to fix it . It was so easy .
I've had my feeder for about 2 years and needed a replacement rfid tag. The one that was around my cat's neck broke & didn't work anymore. I found a replacement tag on the Furbaby site, not paying attention to what models would work with the tag. The Furbaby team reached out to me confirming that the rfid tag I ordered was for the sphere or mini, not for older models. I told them I have an older model & since the tag wouldn't work on my feeder, I wanted to cancel the order. They responded that they may have an older one in the warehouse & if so would send that instead. I did receive the correct rfid tag that goes with my feeder. They did not have to reach out to me to confirm I ordered the correct item. I really appreciate the amazing service & it's obvious they care about their customers. I know I'll need a new feeder at some point & I will definitely order it from Furbaby Feeder. Thank you!
I have had this feeder for 6 months and I am very happy with it. It’s so much cheaper than other companies which was the main reason I got it. Come to find out their customer service is excellent and the product is great itself. My kitty can eat in peace now without her brother stealing her food!
So while I do have cats and they are on automated dry feeders, I bought this feeder so I could put my dog's epilepsy medication in pill pockets and keep it away from my cats. I'll be honest the RFID doesn't work great for the dog because she's too tall but I was able to raise the feeder up and do motion activated on a timer because she has to have her medication every 12 hours exactly. And when she missed it by an hour she had a seizure. I set up a thirty minute window where it will open around the time her other feeder was giving her food. I would love if this feeder was not just Bluetooth but also Wi-Fi because that would make a huge difference since I travel a lot in other people are having to deal with this. But overall it's been an amazing experience and I love the fact my dog can give herself her medication twice a day. I have it set to open for only a 30 minute window during times she's being fed already so the motion sensor catches her there and opens the lid and she takes her meds. I'm not sure most people thought about using this product this way but I highly recommend it with maybe a few modifications from the manufacturer. I wish I could talk to the manufacturer and help them design one that works better for this specific purpose because I think there's a huge need for it.
This bowl has worked out so well for my senior cat, for her wet food, I bought another for her dry food. I have two over weight kitties that are opportunistic eaters, and older kitty gets left out, since they eat everything. Now I know she is getting her feedings in
