I've had several fur baby products. They are quick to help, often offer good discounts and listen to their customers. I have one cat who wants to steal and another on meds, so I depend on these products to keep them separate and happy!
It works well overall for 2 out of 4 cats who can had dry food. I wish the doors stayed open a little longer as it scares one of my cats and she doesn't eat as long as I think she'd want to but works as it should otherwise! Customer service is great and quick! Had a problem with the doors getting stuck open and they helped me fix the problem immediately ☺️
We recently had one of our 6 cats diagnosed with a condition that means he will be on RX food for life. It's expensive! In order to keep the others our of his food, we bought (2) Mini's. All 5 cats eat from one feeder (one feeder can do up 10 pets! Only feeder that does!) and our special boy eats from his own feeder. It was easy to setup the RFID tags to each pet to the feeders they will use. I love that I can see in the app when and who has eaten. They are very easy to maintain. Since we have so many cats, I refill the bowls each morning and then again before bed each night. The ONLY issue we have found with the Mini's is that 2 of our cats very quickly figured out how to use their paws to open the RX feeder food and eat it. Definitely a flaw, hoping that FBF can figure out a solution to that in the future. FYI: We did buy one of the sphere feeders when we realized this was an issue. Our RX eating boy would not go near that feeder. Even on mute mode the doors are so loud he is absolutely terrified of it. Yet, the Mini's he is completely fine. So if you have squiddish pets, just be aware the sphere may not work out. All of our cats acclimated to the Mini's immediately, no training required.
