Does it open every time the pet approaches or can i set a time to allow it to open when pet approaches?

I am wondering if the feeder opens any time the pet with the correct rfid collar approaches. Or is it possible to set feeding times, meaning I want the feeder to open at 11pm if the pet with the correct rfid collar approaches.
